Looking for a logo design for our web-based subscription service. We are a professional consulting firm and the developers of the "IComplyAdvisor" web-based regulatory and compliance service used by financial services firms, such as investment advisers, hedge funds, investment companies, and securities brokerages.

Final logo design for the "IComplyAdvisor" service should convey a professional, sophisticated, and contemporary image. We are based in the Chicago area, but our clients are based across the country or are part of global financial institutions. SEE SHOULD NOT HAVE FOR INFORMATION REGARDING DESIGN ELEMENTS.

"IComplyAdvisor" is the most important part of the design. The design should also include (less prominently) one of the following:

1) our company name, "Compliance Solutions, LLC" (no periods in LLC)
2) the initials "CSLLC"
3) the initials "CS"

"Compliance" can be stacked on top of "Solutions, LLC" and "LLC" can be rotated vertically, if necessary.

The target market for this web-based suite of services includes registered investment advisers, hedge funds, investment companies, and securities brokerages.

These firms tend to be highly educated, high income, and professional. In most cases, the final purchasing decision is made by the company CEO (who is often male); however, my firm relies on the Chief Compliance Officer (who is often female) to be initially attracted to the product and ask for a demonstration.

• The design will be used for our "IComplyAdvisor" service, and should reflect a modern, professional consulting and software services firm.
  
  We prefer design elements to be more abstract; no need to reference financial services. SEE COMMENTS UNDER SHOULD NOT HAVE.

• Because our clients are connected to the stock markets, many of our competitors' logos or websites use designs with pictures of the New York Stock Exchange. Do not use images or references to the New York Stock Exchange, or ticker tapes, or bags of money or gold or coins.
  
  Regulatory consulting firms also use clichés like "navigating regulatory mazes" (with pictures of intricate garden mazes or Chinese designs) or "navigating rough regulatory seas" (with pictures of sailboats in rough seas). Do not use these images.
  
  Finally, regulatory compliance consultants sometimes use logos or graphics that show a clipboard and checklist. Please do not use these.
  
  We would prefer a more abstract, modern look of a professional consulting firm that does not necessarily have any design elements that reference financial services.
