Will you guarantee the payment if you find the right logo?

I want a logo that is impressive and am serious, of course the winner will get paid but I have to get a logo that satisfies me. I am not sure what type of logo it should be, I need professional creative assistance. The right logo is definately worth the 150€, I don't play games. If I guarantee the payment thru the site, I have to accept one of the proposed logos even if I don't think it's right. I'm a business man and this is business.
