I have uploaded some stock images of local scenes for use as background images, please use something from here if possible.
I do not use social media, so please no twitter, facebook, linked in (just leave this out of design).
I would like the full-size width of the page to be 1000 pixels (roughly), so please utilize horizontal space.
For the "Featured Listings" section, I like a single row per property so that more information can be provided. Some submitted designs do this well.
I prefer a dark blue (logo background) for the header. Therefore, prefer the light font over dark background version of logo for header. Prefer background colors to go 100% screen width.
I do like a contact us form on the home page.
I have also uploaded a revised layout document, incorporating some of the ideas that have been presented which I liked.
