Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our vacation rental / property management business based in Panama City Beach, Florida. The name of the business is "By the Surf Vacation Rentals". We manage or "rent out" beach houses and condos to vacationers who wish to stay in accommodations other than a hotel. All of the properties we manage are gulf front and we would like to incorporate a "beach" "wave" or "surf" design of some sort to reflect our business name. We do like fun and vibrant colors but also like more calm and relaxed colors like turquoise & coral. We see a lot of logos in our area which are typically beach balls, sunshine, palm trees. While we are not opposed to those symbols, we also like more calming / whimsical symbols & fonts, possibly to include shells, starfish,sea horse, and/or mermaid, We like a scroll or script font but too much script can become illegible when put into print. We certainly want our info to be legible for advertising. We are not opposed to block/square letters either if combined with a logo that will look more upscale and sophisticated.
