Updated colors preferred and eliminated the St Louis Arch integration, it just doesn't seem to look right. I removed the wording of looking light and healthy and fresh, as we are preferring the industrial, engineering looks more than the softer breezy ones.

Thanks for your clarification, though you might want to delete St. Louis Arch's suggestion "Spine reference in art, St. Louis Arch or something local..." in the "Nice to Have" area to avoid misunderstandings from participants that didn't check the comment tab.
Nonetheless, your answer to my question and your new requirements are clear.
