Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Looking for a catching logo design for our consulting company called The Kick-off company. We specialize in large group interventions to raise energy and motivate people. We believe that bringing people together is of the utmost importance during an organizational improvement process.
The design should communicate, power, energy, enthusiasm and collectiveness.
Perhaps a big boot making a kicking move can be applied.
Colour wise we are thinking of black, red, grey, white.
