You have a very clean, crisp site. I would suggest to stay with the layout and the grey. Its very corporate and easy to navigate around the site, a well designed logo would fit very well.

Thanks for the feedback.  The website will remain with the addition of the new logo once it has been decided on.  We will be growing the site with more content and photos as things slow down through winter.
