There's so much stock and plagrism in this contest, it's embarrassing.

Good Morning Bhavit Lad,
I apologize for not getting back to you - I did view the entries on Friday and have been reviewing them with the other director over the weekend. I have tried to supply feedback to each of the designers, but must admit that you had submitted so many, I wasn''t sure where to start. I must thank you for taking so much time and putting in such excellent designs, we are all very impressed.
We have a final meeting this morning to choose the logo, some of yours are most definitely being considered.

You may be right, I can only tell you that as the client, I have been very every impressed with the creativity and level of artwork submitted. There are some awesome ideas here! It is sad we can only pay one designer.
