HI Everyone. We have spent some time evaluating the designs submitted and nothing has quite resonated with the decision makers. After spending some time on google images we feel we can present a pretty accurate representation of what we are looking for. I am uploading two logos we like. We like the fact that both these logos are effective woth just two colours and could be reversed (dark background, white logo or dark logo with light background)

Ashlee Renee Logo: Simple, clean and modern. We very much like the bird line illustration, but naturally for copyright reasons cannot use it. If we could tweak that slightly though, maybe have the head facing in the other direction we may have a winner.

Black Bird Logo: We really like the font used for "Blackbird" here (faded treatment) and the bird illustration is interesting also in its simplicity.

We like the bird icon on top with the word SNOWBIRD underneath and R E A L T Y underneath that in smaller font.

For those inclined, please resubmit a design based on these directives
