no idea of the gender... Ideally, the image will let people know what's going on. On the back of the postcode we will simply write 'love from Colin and Angela' - hopefully, this will be enough information for people to put the dots together!

We are fine with any colours really. We just want it to be fun

The designs so far are a bit too obvious. I don't want to explicitly say 'hey, we are having a baby in Jan 17' I want the design to elude to the fact. A couple of monkeys baking - putting a 'bun' in the oven? A bit of made up mythology about the coming of a monkey, of a monkey, of a monkey... The postcard is aimed at adults so doesn't necessarily need to be super cute - I could be manic, or trippy, or psychedelic... or whatever... It should be fun and should have clues built in
