Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo, as the key component of rebranding our event management business. The company was called RaceDirector Events but is now RDEvents. RaceDirector focused too much on sports and races but we do concerts, street and art festivals, weekly markets and sponsorship activations.
Our major activities include, event management and design, staffing and equipment.
We want the logo and brand to focus on RDE (or rde). We have 2 domains - www. rdevents.com.au and www.rd.events
The business is dynamic with no office, staffed mainly with young event professionals working independently to achieve the common goal and we have a slightly weird thing in that all of our work vehicles are old Ford pick up trucks

We really want a simple and clean 'badge' logo that works both as a standalone or in combination with the web address and our activities. Not particular about the shape but I think badge describes best what i am hoping for
Thinking 60's/ 70's automotive or industrial meets modern sleek.
Colour preferences are satin black and satin silver/grey with a little bit of bright blue/green
