Can you clarify for me, if you are using an apostrophe within the name Caseys?
i.e.  is it Caseys Bar and Grille  or Casey''s Bar and Grille?

I''m curious about the spelling of "grille". Since there are 2 accepted spellings of grille (grill), I want to confirm that the "e'' is supposed to be there and it''s not a typo.

Yes, the apostrophe option would be nice to see, however if cleverly designed may not be required...
