Service Intel – Logo Design Brief


Style
Visual, easily recognizable, friendly but professional looking. Contemporary.


Colour
Natural looking colours that are easy on the eye such as sky blue, or green but still keeping the look bold. Contrasting with a more subtle colour such as a slate gray. However, if adding too many colours is going to make the logo look complex or “bitty” stay one colour.


Usage
The logo will be used in company documents, online and print.
The logo will also need to be adaptable to present itself on our clients letterheads, print and web as Service Intel’s product offering is a Customer Satisfaction “Certification Score” such a Level 1, Level 2 etc. So the design would ideally allow itself to be placed in a square/rectangular “box” with the level achieved also within this box. Simular to ISO certification (Just google ISO, you will likely see a lot of “ISO 9001”) For this reason we feel that the logo maybe more suited to a “icon/stamp” or “Letter” rather than having the whole two words of “Service Intel” however – you are the expert and we will be guided by you!

We do accept that this is two separate logo design, whilst the concentration should be on the main logo, we would look favorably towards submissions that provide two logos mentioned above.


Company Brief
Service Intel are an independent customer satisfaction rating organization that closely monitor customer feedback from client companies. This feedback is then analyzed and reported back to the client, showing potential service issues, problem customers, bad products or services etc. Depending on the type of feedback given a score/certification for that month is issued, the client can then use this score/certification to distinguish themselves from their competition. This score/certification also gives their customers, new and old, an assurance that their service is independently monitored and they are committed to providing excellent customer service.
