Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Micville.com (pronounced "MIKE-ville") is a new online community for karaoke enthusiasts. The website serves as a central place for performers to connect with one another, and also a source of real-time karaoke venues within any geographic search region.

In this project, we are seeking a new logo that conveys modern web design principles similar to that of Twitter and Yelp. Please view the attached image for an idea of the look & feel (minus the letter shading). We're looking for a slightly rounded / modern font that incorporates microphones into the two "i"s of "micville."

Regarding color palette: ideally a darker theme, as most karaoke is performed at night. A darker background contrasted with a blue, purple or orange would look nice, but we are open to all color considerations, even those with a lighter background/palette.

Lastly, we are seeking an app icon to be accompanied with the logo. Not required for this project, but submissions with an accompanying micville app icon would be strongly considered.

• We would like the logo to incorporate microphones, most conveniently with the two "i"s in "micville." Also we are seeking a flat font style that is clean and modern in look & feel.

• Any subtle utilization of singers/performers or microphones in the "micville" lettering would be welcome, but not a must have.
