I like the ones that incorporate the words and icon.

Also I wonder how it would look with different layout, I see it as a nurse practitioner who works rural, rather than a rural nurse who is a practitioner. I see the words 'Nurse Practitioner' to be the key, rather than the 'practitioner' being a small afterthought.

Nurse Practitioner

The words Nurse Practitioner should be together not separated across two lines.

Please emphasise "Nurse Practitioner" more than "The Rural"

Such "draft infographic with concepts and colours" should have been attached to your design job here for all to see, rather than soliciting for individual mails from designers. Thank you.

I really like a lot of the designs. Especially the ones that incorporate the words into the design. Please make sure you read previous comments and adjust your design.
