Hi, thanks for your interest! I think starting with logo would be best - but perhaps it would be easier to combine and do it at the same time. As for the logo - I quite like the way it is now - the yellow in my sample is wrong as it should be a mustard yellow, but that is my inexperienced view. I like the font as it is now, and maybe it doesn't need to change much - perhaps just something which gives it a boost, or maybe you have a great idea to make it completely different.
