Resumen de Diseño 3D

We're in the middle of building a new ocean view residence in Lorne, Australia.

I am after high-quality 3D rendered images of different rooms based on the floors plans. We will also need rendered images of the external sides of the building. This a private project so the renders will not be made public or for any commercial use.

For external colours and materials you are not necessarily bound by what is seen of the plans (Monument, Surfmist, Basalt, Ocean Spray). Feel free to experiment and have options with different materials and colours in any way you think works the best.

Some of the colours and materials have already been locked in, such as upper level Oak flooring, Black aluminium window frames, concrete bench tops and black tap ware. We would also like to use artificial grass as features on the two decks.

The look and feel that we are after is 'Contemporary Scandinavian/industrial'
