I want a t-shirt designed that I can wear to help me attract like minded people who want to join this innovative startup company.
THE COMPANY VISION: creating a fair and equitable playing field - where personal style, age, race, and gender no longer play any part in how opportunities accrue to people.
The idea is that I can wear the t-shirt to technology industry events and attract attention from people who might be interested in becoming employees.
The t-shirt should be able to help attract that person to start a conversation with me about the company I am building.

These engineers are ideally mid level in their career - mid level managers with about 15 years of experience. They are usually male as well.
