Resumen de Diseño Web

We need a new website design for our law firm located in Manhattan (Law Offices of Clifford A. Meirowitz, PLLC).
We have an existing logo that we will to continue using, which can be found in www.MeirowitzLaw.com.
The Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers Logo should also be reflected near the bottom of the Home page.
The website will be 6 pages.

Deliverables:
I want a
1) home page,
2) About Us/Practice Areas page,
3) attorneys,
4) News and Articles page, and
5) Contact and Directions/Privacy Policy page.

The colors of my logo should be in the website.
I also like a touch of black and red.

The website should project "excellence."
We seek to provide the highest quality legal services.
We handle estate planning, wills, trusts, planning for people with disabilities, asset protection and preservation, Medicaid planning, hospital safe discharge, nursing home placement, powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, guardianships, probate, estate administration and related litigation.

I would like the colors of my Logo used (including shading where appropriate).
I also want some black on the borders and/or bottom and some red touches throughout the page.

My Logo should appear everywhere that "Law Offices Of Clifford A. Meirowitz, PLLC" appears.
I want the badges for Super lawyers, Best Lawyers, Best Law Firms, and AVVO on the Home page.
I do not want too much text on the home page.

We would also like the website to have coding.
The final design should also communicate quality, expertise and stability.
Great start so far by the people who submitted designs.
