Hi,

We (convertworx) provide clients with training on a Point of Sale system called Vend.

At the end of the training, we want to leave them with a set of quick reference cards. The cards which will be laminated, or printed on glossy card and bound together with a key ring.

The cards will be kept next to the till so users can refer to them if they don't remember how to complete a certain task.

Requisitos

Debes tener

• The design must contain:
  - our logo (ConvertworX)
  - the Vend logo
  - The card should 'look' ConvertworX (so the primary colours should be ours)
  
  We should be able to modify the contents of the card so that we can create more and more cards with the same look and feel.
  So it needs to be done with tools that we have (MS Office, powerpoint, word) or that we can get for free (like GIMP).
  
  In any case, you will need to give instructions on what we should do to make new cards and to edit their contents
  
  There should be a footer at the bottom of each card with:
  - the link to the vend help (see in the attached sample file)
  - keywords to search there
  - ConvertworX support contact details

• A round mark on the card showing where a hole should be punched in order to go on the keyring.
