I am a new residential real estate agent in Southern Florida - along the Atlantic Ocean near (Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton area). While I will be working under the Keller Williams umbrella, I'd like a logo to brand myself/niche. (I can NOT use Keller Williams in my Logo). The logo & tagline should be something that I can take with me irrespective of which brokerage firm that I operate under. My market area will primarily be in the Florida coastal cities listed above.
I feel that I should somehow use Scott Yager
Florida Coastal Homes in the logo as I want to be sure that I'm branding myself/market irrespective of the brokerage firm that I'm working under. My tagline might be something like "Making Your Home Dreams A Reality" (or something else if your creative juices are flowing).

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Market area is Fort Lauderdale FL, up to Delray Beach FL, Sellers/buyers could be a relocation in the local area, International Buyers, Buyers looking to relocate to Southern Florida. These buyers may want Condo's, Homes, Income producing property such as vacation/investment property, Eventually, I'd like my primary clients to be in the upper quartile of income/net worth range. Keep in mind that I need to focus on Residential real estate buyers AND sellers, not just buyers.
