We are looking for a strong, Professional logo which has a spark of fun or a quirk to define our business above the norm.
We are an Architectural design firm based in Australia, and therefore have a real passion for all things design, we strive to achieve the best design outcome for our clients.
Our designs aim to be timeless, with simplicity being a real key, but we do like to have fun elements to attract in a positive way. However, we would like our logo to reflect what we strive for in our designs, ‘less is more’ and ‘simplicity is the ultimate sophistication’
We have attached our visual bench marking images exampling what we define as a successful logo. We are not after an exact copy of one of these logos, and should be used just as bench marking and assist in styles we like. For more examples please see below link to our pinterest:

The logo must also be versatile. Easily used for a variety of different platforms including: House plans, Business cards, Stationary, Social media, Books, Advertising signs and plenty more. We want the new logo to become our brand, a logo when people see/recognise it, they associate it with a high-end/professional organisation

The name of our firm is Reitsma + Associates, the current branding is based off just the word ‘Reitsma’. However, we are keen for any new suggestions/proposals/variations to this. We are open to proposals of our full name, or shortening / abbreviating eg. a single letter (eg R), double lettering (eg ‘re’ or ‘ra’ or ‘r+a’) etc. We are also open to an icon or a badge with no lettering. We really want you, as the designer, to have room to be creative and very excited to what interesting ideas you have in order to meet our ‘less is more’ brief.
