Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking to have our logo redesigned for our 30th anniversary. We are a medium sized sheet metal manufacturing company located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We deal with many different industries from retail store fixtures to oil field products and work in a diverse range of materials from stainless steel to brass, aluminum, carbon steel and bronze. Our company has many state of the art manufacturing processes and machines as well as powder coating services. Our 4000 watt CNC laser is the top of our fleet, and if that could somehow be incorporated it would be great. Other equipment includes 2 CNC punches, 3 CNC press brakes and 1 CNC robotic welder. The final logo design should somehow show quality and precision. Our thinking is that the logo should be re-producible and faxable (yes, we still have a fax machine) and therefore monochromatic or gray scale artwork would probably work best. That said, we wouldn't dismiss colour flourishes or gradations without reviewing them.

Previous logo is attached. It incorporates brass work, which used to be a big part of our business. However, brass jobs have faded almost to the point of disappearing entirely.
