Resumen de Diseño de Logo

A logo that encompasses the company name, the State of South Carolina and real estate if possible.

The logo should incorporate something to do with the State of South Carolina being an outline of the state's shape or the iconic Palmetto Tree and Crescent Moon.

We do real estate title research dealing with deeds, mortgages, taxes and anything that has to do with the transfer or property.

The name (Lanier) should figure heavily on the logo but also something that clearly represents the State of South Carolina as that is the only state in which we operate.

We deal with law firms, banks and goverment institutions so a block font / professional feel to the logo will be best.

I would very much like to move on to a website and other social media after this step.
