Thank you everyone for submitting wonderful ideas and designs. I had a hard time choosing. I can''t give you all individual feedback but will make some generalisations:

I see the ''tick'' icon too often so I didn''t warm to those logos as much even though they were graphically pleasing and very professional. Also, the tick is the symbol of "granting permission" and "meeting standard" which is great for an auditor or inspector, but too ordinary for someone trying to achieve excellence or growth.

Lines and arrows symbolising growth on a chart are a bit of a cliché now and difficult to make graphically pleasing. The puzzle piece was nice, but puzzle pieces are seen too often now too.
