Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like to update our organization's logo to have a more modern look/feel to it. However, the puzzle piece must remain, the 4 colors currently in the puzzle must remain, the full name (Working Solutions) must appear in the logo, and the puzzle piece shouldn't overpower the name. Our tagline is "Capital. Consulting. Community." and doesn't need to appear in the main logo design but if there's a good way to fit it in that would be great. The AI file for the logo is attached with the proper CMYK color codes.
