I have made what I thought is good. I have a question regarding name. In attached image its written Leadership.com but ".com" is not mentioned in description under logo name. I"ll correct as it is suitable to you.

The website and social media pages are being designed now. Some of this is dependent upon the logo. However, the site will be a place where everyday people can go for general leadership reading, education and teaching. That said, many of our clients will come from large engineering, construction and maintenance organizations. This information will be provided in blog, video and podcast type format.
