Resumen de Diseño de Newsletter

We need a template newsletter design for our quarterly newsletter that we issue to employees. The newsletter generally holds updates from different departments such as:

CEO
Finance
Operations
Human Resources, ETC
(Please allow the pages to be copied)

I am looking for a template that has headings on each page, text space and image space. I am looking for a funky hip design with some great colour and creative imagination.

If you could create a cover page that includes the name "Constellation" and the edition "Month, Year".

There is no requirements for specific logos or colours to be incorporated into this newsletter.

If possible I would like each page to have a different layout/design but for it to still flow as one newsletter. (Work with 4 pages/headings as listed above)

The document must be produced in InDesign.
