We're a new company opening our *first* burger restaurant in central New Jersey -- yes, we have plans for global domination!

Bovine Burgers -- where the burgers are awesome, and the experience is even better. We'll grind our own meat daily with a unique blend of spices for an unrivaled taste paired with an environment that's welcoming, cool and ridiculously hospitable. It won't just be a place to eat -- it will be a destination where you leave with no choice but to rave about your experience to family and friends.

The company's brand positioning is in the open space between a Five Guys and a Bobby's Burger Palace or Shake Shack.

The logo should reflect Bovine as a force to be reckoned with. Warm but professional, aggressive in nature (not wimpy), polished (as in refined, not literally shiny!), clean, and oozes coolness.

Our color scheme incorporates black, white, brown (not poop brown!) and perhaps some red. Incorporating a bull head (actual or conceptual or an abstract of a bull head) is absolutely key.

The restaurant atmosphere will likely include reclaimed wood, brick (but not red), exposed steel beams and industrial style decor. Overall rustic but clean modern feel. The logo should play well in this environment.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Our target market spans from teenagers (there's a high school nearby) through families. The HH income varies widely with the "main street" area we're located reflecting a more blue-collar demographic with several small businesses frequented by contractors on the run for lunch and a surrounding upscale and affluent residential area with white collar and professional high-income earners and their families.In terms of ethnicity it's predominantly white with significant Latino, East Indian and Black populations.

Prefer a logo that *can* be paired with "Bovine Burgers" text, but the logo should be able to stand alone. Nike and Apple don't need to place their names next to the swoosh and the... well, you know.
