Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a new, fresh logo for the non-profit, education foundation of our local public school district. The Gahanna Education Foundation was created to engage city, business and education partners to bridge the gap between federal and state funding and the innovative needs of our district that are beyond traditional school district expenditures.

Since 2004, we have raised well over $1.4 million to support over 615 grants for leading educational programs.

Attached you will find a style guide with the current logo and colors we are using. We would like to keep the colors but completely change the logo.

We are dropping the "Jefferson" in the name as we will now be called Gahanna Education Foundation. We would like to drop the usage of individual letters to symbolize our foundation. (Get rid of GJEF or GEF with our new name.) We also would like to move away from the building block design.

We would like to incorporate some sort of icon to symbolize our organization instead of the letters. We would like a version that has our name: Gahanna Education Foundation present as well as one that is strictly the icon.

• Nothing cutesy. No apples or anything over used to represent education. No child like lettering or drawings.
