I have a basic power point that I use for sales presentations and I would like it to be updated to be more appealing and modern.

This is a presentation I give to real estate agents to help them close sales, save taxes, and resolve tax disputes. I would like the powerpoint to be updated to be more visually appealing. I have included the current powerpoint along with some of my logo files.

You don't have to use any of the pictures/clip art that is in the current power point. I only care that the words of the powerpoint make it to the new version.
