Your budget is EXTREMELY low for 9 visually stunning, and clean ios app screen UI designs (slave wages or third world country low. You can literally google how much even 5 ios app screen UI/UX design costs, and you'll see how seriously messed up your budget is--sadly the USA is too expensive to live in to be honest, and this budget does not cut it or even scratch the surface).

As you stated above you "already have enough good designs" so I wish you the best of luck on this project, and hope you succeed. I am pretty sure you already have amazing hardworking designers awaiting your feedback (please leave them feedback as they are working hard even on this really low unrealistic budget!).

OK, thanks for your feedback! I understand. Actually I was not pretty sure what to pay as I have never had an app designed before, so I went with designcrowd's recommendations.
