Could I just confirm that you are looking for a completely new rebrand for Pour? Your brief suggests changing the tagline, but you don't specify in detail how dramatic you would like the logo change?
Also, if you are looking for a brand new design, do you have any preference to colour at all?

I think fairly dramatic - the existing POUR is seems minimalist and boring. Wine color with green possibly but I am not great with colors.
