Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Miami. It is an online website were people can find carefully selected homes for rent for vacation or for a particular event (business meeting, baby shower, wedding ceremony...etc). All the properties must be unique, original, unconventional or a little freaky. We also give tips about good restaurants and places to explore.
The final design should communicate something different, unique, offbeat, original, exciting...because we DO NOT offer the typical impersonal hotel room or standardized vacation rental. This website is made for experience seekers who like to get off the beaten path.
The company's name is OffbeaTrip so we could play with the letter "T" which is the link/connection between the words "offbeat" and "trip" (that's just an idea). We are thinking about colors like dark grey and fandango/medium or violet-red or magenta haze, maybe a touch of orange color too. We wants something funky, original but the logo needs to look professional/high end too. As our target is Millennials or people between 25-45 years old /middle class-upper middle class who likes to travel and have fun.
