The "Osmond Group" is seeking designs from the brilliant and creative designers of DesignCrowd. We are a privately held holding (parent) corporation, owning subsidiaries and shares in businesses engaged in a number of diverse activities worldwide. Our primary subsidiary companies presently engage in professional business services such as consulting, marketing and recruitment.

As our subsidiary companies are engaged in various professional activities, our logo must portray professionalism, security, integrity and trustworthiness while also being modern and luxurious, representing the "Osmond" brand and establishing its identity.

As we will acquire additional subsidiary companies in the future, we do not wish to constrain ourselves to solely this aspect as future companies may be engaged in various activities such as clothing design and sales, marketing, manufacturing, construction and property management. As such, we require a logo that would represent a holding corporation that spans various industries.

The winner of the competition would be awarded additionally with mentioning on our official website and linked to the designers profile/website, if desired. In addition, we will likely request the designer, if interested, to design business cards, flyers, etc.

• The logo must be professional while also being luxurious and modern, understanding that it will represent the "Osmond" brand.
  
  Ideally, the logo will focus more on the "Osmond" text vs. the group text and a part of the logo must be created to be able to stand alone to represent the group without having to include the text (ie. use an "O").
  
  Additionally, the logo must be able to be used on our official website and social media, as well as promotional items such as clothing, mugs, pens, etc.

• Please remember when designing that this logo will represent the "Osmond" brand and should focus on the "O" and "Osmond" text.

• The element of the logo meant to standard alone should not include the "G" to represent group, as that should be included in the text only.
