Resumen de Diseño Infográfico

I work for an IT recruitment company who focus on cyber security recruitment. I'm looking for an infographic A4 "newsletter" or "brochure" to send out to our clients. It is based on salaries paid in the UK for different cyber security positions. This should be one page ideally saved as a Pdf that I can attach to emails but also print and bring to meetings.

I have included a design that was done by someone in our office however I'm not happy with the general look and professionalism of it. The idea is right but the it can be done more professionally.

All the data for the different positions is included in the excel document. The data has the different job titles, and a salary for a specialist (which I've titled guru) and a normal team member. Each is split into different age ranges. I would like to keep the order that is shown in the example.

As in the one we have already done, I don't want too many words used, but rather cool looking graphics.
