Does the French need to be the same size as the English? The same layout?

The two languages should be presented in an equal fashion--it's a national event and Quebec sends a lot of athletes--it would look odd if the French were smaller of different. We are, however, considering the idea of an English logo and a French logo--not sure if that makes a difference for you.

Two separate logos would be better methinks.

It is a lot of words to get in one image.
