Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo designed for my Real Estate company. I want something that conveys "real estate" without necessarily using the words "real estate". I would like the "K" in the word Kovac to be a substantial part of the design. I also believe that the destination marker symbol used for showing locations on google maps and other mapping software is an element that I wish to incorporate into my logo. I want a logo that will be recognizable regardless of the size it will appear within print (on a business card for example), on-line or on a shirt, hat, or other marketing mediums. I want a logo that can be printed in black & white such that it will have the same message as when it is printed in color. no more than 3 colors if printed in full color. the 3 colors I intend to use within the logo are red, blue & white. I sell and represent buyers & sellers of both commercial and residential real estate, so I don't simply want a house symbol or a roof line of a house as a symbol, as that would not represent anything having to do with commercial real estate. I want a clean, crisp simple concept that conveys professionalism. I DO NOT WANT cartoon, fancy, overwhelming, or lots of stuff.
