I'm just want to confirm... You mean designer must find images, descriptions and etc of 355 plants/ trees? Putting 4 items per a page - will be about 90 pages... But brief's budget is just 160USD... $1.5 for the page... You need to provide all the information (images, descriptions...) I think.

I also agree with your comments. I think all the Contest Hoder need to increase the budget and the need to provide more detailed content.

I'm sorry all.. my boss has a limited budget on this. All of the content can be scraped from the website resources I submitted.. Including images and descriptions. We are only using this internally so there will be no issues with copywriting infringements.

Or even if the layout was all done and images attached, I could then just input the descriptions myself.
