We are seeking a logo design for a new startup based in Southern California called Hire On Talent Acquisition. We are a former HR team who recognizes the need in the recruiting world for people who understand the difficulties of working in Human Resources. After working with recruiters who can act more like salesman trying to fill seats, we understand the need for us to appeal to HR departments and Hiring Managers as a company with high standards who only represents the most qualified candidates. The positions we will be assisting with initially will be in the mortgage and insurance fields and then expand to medical and continue from there. The positions we will be recruiting for are a range from Management to Director and Executive positions making 100,000+ annually, so it is crucial that our logo and brand reflects the fact that we are a high-end recruitment company placing for high-end positions. Our brand needs to be polished, professional, and sophisticated. We’d like the logo to be classy and understated, with navy blue being the primary color and silver being the font/detail color. HIRE ON will be the largest and most pronounce text and “talent acquisition” will be the secondary text.
