would you like a horisontal or vertical orientation for the illustration? maybe you already have the correct format of the brochure?

Horizontal. I'm not sure the exact size of the space for the illustration -- could be from 11" W x 8.5" D to 17" W x 11" D. Not sure. Just so long as its vector/scalable, it should work. The "lone" farmer can either be in the centre and we do a cut out from the front cover OR he can be on the extreme right side on a tab that extends past the right edge of the cover, and when you open up the brochure you see all the other farmers/farm yard/machinery/animals/etc. behind him.
