Overall feedback:
Smileys need to be shaped as a face (round).
Their expressions are not emotional - it's transactional i.e. clients don't cry when they are sad but are sad/disappointed.
The "not participated" smiley should not occur in the logo. The three other smiley's can be part of logo if you find of value.
