This is the message that the banner should communicate:

"Get Paid to Save the Planet - Solar Pays You Up to $750+ Every Year for Use of Your Roof"

BANNER SIZE: 300x250 would be great. (After choosing the winner, we will pay additional money to create new versions indifferent sizes as a follow-on work.)

BANNER FORMAT: Could be an animated GIF, static JPG HTML 5, video, your call.

The banner ad will be used on the Google Ad network and should have a call to action to get the user to click to the landing page. The call to action can be two buttons within the banner ad:
"I Care About Planet Earth"
"Don't Care"
Clicking anywhere on the banner ad will drive traffic to the landing page.

On the landing page, we want a design that we can implement in squarespace.com to capture the following information:

- Street Number and Street Name of My Home
- My Zip Code
- Name of My Electric Utility
- My Typical Monthly Electric Bill Amount is:
- How Much I'd Like to Earn From Solar Per-Year?

After the user fills out the above, the following questions drop down:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number

At the end of the data entry portion of the landing page, there should be a "call to action" button.

LANDING PAGE FORMAT: Photoshop or jpg format or html5 format would be great.
