I have submitted 2 designs, the first one is exactly as you requested except for some of the fonts that i could not 100% match, but i would be happy to change them to whatever font you would prefer.

The second design is just a idea i thought could also work, as the graphic in it is more eye catching and the same information gets displayed

Please don't hesitate to ask if you want any changes or if you would like me to change fonts

I have to stick to the first design. Thank you for the second design though.
* Can I please view it flat so that i can see it properly.
* Swap the BIO AGE and BMI around- Bio age at the top
* Change the colour of the red writing to either white or a different shade of green
* store details background needs to be white
