Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We are looking to develop a brochure/pamphlet for our personal insurance department. We are not sure if it should be a trifold or single fold. The design imagery needs to relate to personal insurance so when picking imagery, please utilize pics that reflect homes, auto, families, motorhomes, ATV's, etc. We are remitting a design that we developed internally that is for illustrative purposes. It is not intended to represent a look or feel, but to represent a concept of what we are looking for. I have also attached the wording for the document. I will leave it to the designer to attempt to identify placement of the verbiage within the design. I have attached our logos and also our graphic requirements. Our 90th Logo design was created on Design Crowd, but I am not sure that I have the graphic requirements for.
