Resumen de Diseño de Menú

I need to design a new menu for a small cafe called The Coffee Baa. I've attached pictures of the old menu to give an idea, I really want a completely new look though. You'll notice that the food, coffee and drinks are currently on separate menus, I want all of this to be on one menu. We want to add images of the food before we print the menu, so ideally you will leave spaces for images of the food.
I'm open to suggestions on paper size and how its folded etc.
I've also attached a word file which has changes for the new menu; some are pricing updates, some are completely different.
