Do not submit any designs to this guy. They gave my every design 1 star and my rank went 89 to 84. They dont explain anything clear in the brief and they are telling ''read the brief'' . I gave my 3 hours to prepare my awesome designs but all of them 1 star. DO NOT SUBMIT IF YOU LIKE YOUR RANK

I understand your frustrations ouaker however, the designs you submitted to us were very obvious you did not read through the brief and/or you did not understand what was written. I ranked you based upon the criteria of the ranking system. I did not wish to receive any additional designs from you until we either discussed the miscommunication or decided that we were not a good fit.

I can tell you that if you did not pull your designs that we could have had a discussion about clarifying the miscommunication.

You submitted designs that had 0 of the colors I put in the brief, you also submitted the designs incomplete as you did not have a “W” in any of your designs. That is kinda the main feature!

Perhaps your overall ranking drop in this particular situation was not our fault but possibly may not been necessary if you spent a little more time on reading through the brief and communicating with your client?
I also did not know that the rankings on my personal project weighed on YOUR overall rankings the public sees. I thought it was a private ranking system to file the designs on my project.

We are very communicative and professional and we are hoping to work with a logo designer who will bring the same to the table. I will tell you that in the day our design has been open we have received over 30 really smart and creative designs, yours would not have been a contender.

I am more than happy to have you back on the design and provide you any clarification we can and take a look at what the new ideas you have are.

There are sub colors you can use as well.

The Main focus of the design is the light bulb with the W it it and the W is the main focus of the bulb.

Please make the logo 1-1.5X larger than the words "the" and "team"

Thank you all for your wonderful designs there are a few of you that we are having a hard time choosing between. We are looking to catch the eye of the "millennial" crowed the more "hipster" group. At the same time we do not want to turn off the older generations and more conservative crowds as well. We look forward to the redesigns. Think to yourself what would catch your eye to where if you didn't know what the company did you would want to still find out. Eye catching, fun, clean, and professional.
