Resumen de Diseño de Logo

STEAM-TRAIN is a website designed for parents of primary age children (5-12yrs) in Australia. The focus is to be the directory/ hub that parents use to look for clubs, events and activities in their local area specifically around the STEAM (science, tech, engineering, arts and math) subjects. The site will also list educational trends (like coding, robotics etc) and local providers for these. The aim is to embrace future tech and give our kids, in a cool and fun way, exposure to our rapidly changing world. The logo should be gender-neutral and engaging to take the "fear of the future/unknown" out of the equation. Avoid fonts that are too childlike and the use of cool colours.

• A timeless feel to it, a logo that won't date. It should be intriguing and engaging as future tech (and the way the world is changing) is confronting to some parents. My aim is to reduce the fear and to encourage parents to embrace the positive skills kids can learn outside of school so that they're best placed for the future.

Agradable de tener

• Im passionate about the focus on girls in STEAM, so the feel should be gender neutral and cool colours shouldn't dominate. I like the idea of kids and robots engaging in play (robot/animated child holding hands for example)

No debería tener

• too child-like an approach, too futuristic
