Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'm about to launch a marketing agency with focus on digital and below-the-line (www.lupacreativa.com). The name is in Spanish "lupa creativa" and it mixes the magnifier glass concept (the word "lupa" means "magnifier glass", to help capture details) and the creative generation of ideas and concept (hence the word "creativa"). Don't have a color preference, only ask to keep it simple and not loud. Logo would need to have a combination of icon and text (use and recommend a font) being able to use the icon as standalone as it may suit the media.
