Hi Alex! For sure those things would be great to accomplish. That might be possible after we first get something to be tested. This is just that first step. I understand that I am looking something little bit hybrid here (website & iPad experience) which is not necessarily what normal websites do and that might be not so easy to design. I have been in the internet business since 1995 and have predicted some things correctly but lets see this one, can it succeed.
So, I am open to ideas and have seen already some great ones here.

Don't waste your money, begin from research. Design must be user oriented, and you should ask your user before.

I will do this design. I appreciate the time of the designers will use for this and the money will be paid. It is worth of it.
